William’s Property Management provides rental spaces for residents in the St. Paul, Minnesota area. We primarily provide rentals in the safe and beautiful historic area of the city with old-fashioned properties and apartments.

Our licensed agents provide the information you need about the local area, schools and transportation solutions. Our residents have access to the Green Line Light Rail and buses for convenient transportation.

Our apartments focus on cleanliness, safety and comfort. Although we do offer some luxurious options, many of our apartments are older properties with vintage perspective. We take your safety seriously and strive to stay connected with every tenant so we are up-to-date with any concerns that may arise while you rent an apartment. We are careful about our rental process and every tenant goes through a background check before moving into one of our three buildings.
